Q. What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer Standard and Expedited Shipping via UPS.
For orders within Canada we offer standard and expedited option via Canada Post as well.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, UK, Switzerland, Belgium and Monaco. If you wish to arrange shipping to a country not supported by e-store, please call us for possible special arrangements at 1-514-847-9539 or email us at email@example.com.
We may be contacting you via email regarding a change in international shipping prices and larger orders, especially for original artwork. You are responsible to pay for any customs, duties and taxes that your country requires. We do not have control over your country's customs policies or the duties and taxes they charge. Your country’s customs department will contact you if any fees are due. Global shipments can also be help by your country though customs. They do not notify us, and this can cause a delay for shipment delivery.
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically your order will arrive within 5-7 business days, unless you chose Expedited shipment method during the checkout.
If you are ordering a crystal print or original artwork, the shipping of the order will be delayed by approximately one week, since a solid wooden crate must be built to ship artwork safely. Crate prices are included in your order.
Q. How can I find out what my shipping/handling charges are before I place my order?
Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart page enter your country, state and zip code into Shipping Rates Calculator and click the “Calculate Shipping Rates” button to get the shipping costs and methods available for your order. You can add or remove items to the shopping cart to see the shipping differences.
Q. How can I check the progress of my order?
We’ll send you a tracking number with your invoice when your order ships (for UPS shipping only).
